Design Role: I served on this project as a freelance designer during my 2nd contract with BRP’s Lifestyle Studio. For this project I created initial sketches exploring how to design an upholstered backrest that would reflect the design language of the Can-Am Spyder. I then created a split clay model to explore two different designs in a single model using a mirror to visualize each halves.  After my contract ended, the final version was completed by another designer using injection-molded, self-skinned foam.
