Restaurant Le Foxy
Design Brief: MO Workshop was commissioned with designing and building Foxy Restaurant in Griffintown, from the early planning phases to final construction.
Design Role: I contributed to this project as project manager, designer, and drafter. My involvement began with preliminary layout drawings (bar, kitchen, and bathroom placement) and ideation sketches for key furniture pieces, including the bar, stools, booths, and hostess stations. I produced detailed CAD and shop drawings, managed material procurement, and oversaw supplier coordination.
